Dr. Lisa met her husband, Dr. Greg Mayes, while attending UNC-CH. They married in 1989 and have a nine-year-old daughter, Kathryn. In 1992 Dr. Lisa joined the Preston Dental Center team.
Born and raised in North Carolina, Dr. Lisa is a Tar Heel through and through. She is a diehard basketball fan who also enjoys scrap-booking family memories.
